Trust/Respect
Our core values are broken down to 4 main concepts that all tie together. Trust, Respect, Unity, and Excellence. In building TRUST amongst our peers and mentees we earn their RESPECT and break barriers down to further assist them.
Unity
We use UNITY to establish a diverse, non-bias, environment, where all can come and be themselves free of judgement.
Excellence
We push for EXCELLENCE not only from our organization but from the individuals we mentor. We help them in all aspects of life to achieve what they believe is their form of excellence.

Building leaders
We hold numerous of educational forums in hopes to build the leader that already exist inside of them.

Builds Moral
Community serivce helps build moral amongst the commuity. Knowing that they are not forgotten about helps establish healthy and firm relationships in the community.
Networking
It never seems to amaze us the wonderful people we meet when serving the community. These relationships allow us to partner with big names in the industry for events and allow them to try their hand at mentorship.
Paying it forward
Everybody comes from somewhere, it doesn't matter where you're from but where you are going. The most important thing people do in life, is be receptive of the things they learned and experienced and pay it forward to somebody else in need.
Saves Money
Community service helps save money that can be put towards other programs or neccesities in that certain area to help the people.
